(NRSC News) – Everything’s falling apart for America’s COVID crown prince, Dr. Anthony Fauci. It’s really no wonder he finally decided to retire at the end of last year. He knew that if Republicans gained control of Congress the other shoe was finally going to drop and he was right.
On Wednesday, top scientific advisors testified before Congress, saying there is mounting evidence to support the theory that COVID-19 originated in a lab and the pandemic was the result of a lab leak.
These scientific advisors also testified that Fauci tried to cover up the origins of the virus in order to protect his narrative which was politically convenient for the left.
The House subcommittee investigating COVID heard testimony from a number of experts including a former Biden staffer and Donald Trump’s CDC director. These experts asserted that the virus was caused by dangerous, taxpayer-funded gain-of-function research conducted at a Wuhan lab in China.
Dr. Jamie Metzl, a self-identified Democrat who worked for Joe Biden when he was in the Senate, said he favored the lab leak theory because “the Chinese government has done everything in its power” to stonewall investigations.
Republican Rep. Jim Jordan slammed Dr. Fauci for “trying to cover his backside” over the lab leak claims. Trump’s CDC director Robert Redfield accused him of ignoring his concerns because “they wanted a single narrative and I had a different point of view.”

The testimony comes two weeks after a damning Department of Energy report that concluded the virus did likely leak from the lab resulting in two years of authoritarian lockdowns and restrictions around the world.
FBI Director Christopher Wray also confirmed his agency believed the same.
“This is the highest paid guy in our government getting all kinds of money to tell us things that were not accurate,” Jordan noted.
“US tax dollars went to a lab in China, a lab that was not up to code, a lab that was doing gain of function research, and that’s where this thing most definitely came from and Dr. Fauci could not have that news getting out.”
Dr. Metzl pointed out that China should have been highly motivated to find the animal where Covid-19 had originated while pushing the animal-to-human transmission theory, but hadn’t done so, because it wasn’t the truth.
“Given that the Chinese government has every incentive to find an intermediary host, it’s very significant that hasn’t been found,” Metzl revealed. “I think it’s very telling after three years we haven’t found it.”
Infectious disease expert Dr. Paul Auwaerter was invited by Democrats on the committee to testify and he stuck with the narrative, noting that it took years to find the intermediary hosts after outbreaks of SARS and MERS.
“There’s going to be no doubt that a research related origin remains a very serious possibility, if not a distinct probability. There is no smoking gun including a laboratory origin hypothesis. but the growing body and circumstantial evidence suggests that gun that is at very least, warm to the touch,” Metzl commented.
Rep. Brad Wenstrup, chair of the committee, admitted there was no “smoking gun” proving the virus had leaked out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and added there was “no evidence Covid evolved from an animal,” either.
He also pointed to the lack of safety practices at the Wuhan lab and Dr. Robert Redfield declared there was “no doubt” the National Institute of Health, the State Department, US Agency of International Development and Department of Defense were all funding the gain-of-function research going on at WIV.
Redfield called for a moratorium on gain-of-function research until there was a “consensus” on its benefit to society. This would be common sense, however, the people who fund and carry out the gain-of-function research aren’t exactly operating out of an abundance of concern for transparency or the public good.
No one wants to talk about the US-funded bio-labs in Ukraine. What’s going on there?
The UK’s Daily Mail reported:
“Redfield said there was evidence of the virus as early as September 2019 and stated three now-declassified ‘highly irregular’ findings pointing to the lab leak theory – he said researchers deleted sequences, changed command and control of the WIV from civilian to military and allowed a contractor to redo the ventilation in the lab, which Redfield called ‘really telling.’”
Rep. James Comer, chair of the Oversight Committee, asked all four witnesses about the Proximal Origins paper from early 2020 that we now know Fauci manipulated.
The Daily Mail:
“Reports have now come out that Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former longtime head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, commissioned a scientific paper at the start of the pandemic, known as the proximal origin paper, that cast doubt on the idea that Covid-19 came from a lab.
Referring to the proximal origin paper, Redfield divulged: ‘It is antithetical to science. Science has debate and they squashed debate.’
The paper came days after Fauci had been warned in emails about the potential of lab origin. Fauci did not disclose he was involved in commissioning the paper when he stood in front of a White House press briefing and cited it as evidence to dismiss lab origin.”
“Yes or no, was there science available to make such an unequivocal statement against the possibility of a lab that early in February?” Comer asked the four witnesses.
Three witnesses said no while the one Democratic witness Auwaerter claimed he didn’t have “sufficient” evidence to say.
Comer stated Fauci and NIH Director Francis Collins “got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. They got caught supercharging a virus in an unsecure Chinese lab.”
“They were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should,” Comer asserted.
Democrats have been reluctant, to say the least, to embrace the lab leak theory and hold Fauci accountable.
Rep. Raul Ruiz, D-Calif., cautioned his GOP colleagues against “villainizing” public health experts like Fauci with “conspiratorial accusations.”
“Seems like minds on the other side of the aisle are made up [on origins],” he remarked.
That’s because all of the evidence points to the lab leak theory. China’s own behavior affirmed it. Now we know Fauci knew it and lied about it.
It’s time to “villainize” the ones who lied and hid the truth.

It’s time to schedule Nuremberg 2.0. There are so many complicit government leaders and politicians iut will take years to get them all properly hung…better get started.
