(NRSC News) – One thing has become abundantly clear during the Biden years and that’s the fact that China has made great strides infiltrating our country. Joe Biden himself has done plenty to aid and abet the Chinese Communist Party in their efforts to eventually overtake the U.S. one day.
This was made obvious when it was revealed to the American people that classified documents had been found at his office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington DC. The Penn State University think-tank has taken in millions from China.
Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is warning that Penn State is not an exception. The CCP is “inside every major American university.”
That means communists “actually may have had access at the University of Pennsylvania, where President Biden clearly had documents that would have been in a pretty open space.”
A Fox News report said Pompeo appeared on “Sunday Morning Futures” over the weekend to talk about Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents which have already been found improperly stored at his former office and his personal Delaware residence.
Pompeo asserted, “If you’re afraid to enforce the rules, if you continue to allow them to walk on the American economy, if you keep giving an inch in every space, they’ll be inside the gates here in the United States. And frankly, that’s what we face today. And for four years, during my time as CIA director or secretary of state, I never gave an inch.”
He continued, “We’ve now had several senior leaders, certainly President Biden included, who had documents where they weren’t supposed to be. Get them back. Get these documents where they’re supposed to be, and then transparency matters. I heard Senator Cruz say this, and we need to know what’s in those documents, what the seriousness of them is, what potential breaches there are.”
Then, he remarked, “These senior leaders need to own this. We need to find out if the Chinese Communist Party actually may have had access at the University of Pennsylvania, where President Biden clearly had documents that would have been a pretty open space. And Maria, you and I have talked about this for years, the Chinese Communist Party’s inside every major American university today with research dollars and with their students.”
“They’re at the University of Pennsylvania, too,” he went on, adding, “And we now know that this Chinese money, these Chinese officials met classified documents in that space. They were in the same place. We need to know if there’s any risk they might have gotten a hold of them.”
Campus Reform has reported that the Biden regime ” is reducing scrutiny of Chinese influence in American higher education.”
In a Daily Wire op-ed, Campus Reform Higher Education Fellow Nicholas Giordano explained how Chinese money influences American universities. In one incident, a Harvard University department chair failed to disclose a salary from the Wuhan University of Technology in China, where he opened a lab.
“Unfortunately, following the money reveals why universities are turning a blind eye: they’re addicted to the cash flow,” Giordano argued. “The reality is, foreign entities are using college campuses throughout the United States as vehicles to buy influence on and, ultimately, off campuses.”
Rep. Virginia Foxx, head of the Education and Workforce Committee, has relaunched investigations into foreign donations to colleges and universities, Campus Reform further reports.
One of the universities under investigation is the University of Pennsylvania.
Joe Biden’s efforts to aid and abet China is an act of treason. He’s not the only guilty Democrat, however, and that’s why Democrats want us all to focus on the classified document scandal. If Biden falls on that sword and that sword alone, it will save them all from being exposed.
