(NRSC News) – Now that classified documents have been found at both Joe Biden’s personal residence and a former DC office, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is calling on the FBI and DOJ to continue searching for documents.
Cruz is urging law enforcement agencies to search Biden’s Senate records which are stored at the University of Delaware to see if they contain more classified documents.
The saga began on November 2, when Joe Biden’s attorneys found a stash of classified documents in his office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington DC, a Chinese money magnate. The discovery was not disclosed to the American people until well after the 2022 midterm elections despite being found less than a week prior.
Since that initial find, Biden’s attorneys have located more documents at his home in Wilmington, Delaware, on three separate occasions. The Daily Wire reports those incidents being “an unspecified number found in the garage on December 20, one document found in Biden’s study on January 11, and five more found in the study on January 12.”
Good thing they waited two months after the initial find to search for more. Surely the delay had nothing to do with politics or influencing the outcome of US elections.
While it was nowhere near the caliber of the raid carried out at President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in August, the FBI did conduct a 13-hour search at Biden’s Delaware home on Friday for good measure. At that tune, they found “six items consisting of documents with classification markings.”
The documents just keep on rolling. Sen. Cruz asserted on an episode of “The Verdict” that the next step was for federal officials to search Biden’s Senate records.
“Let me tell you what the next step in this scandal is going to be,” Cruz stated. “The next step in this scandal is going to be, okay, if Biden’s Senate documents include classified documents outside of classified settings — which is illegal — how many more classified documents are illegally in his Senate papers? And here’s where this matters in particular, which is that the University of Delaware has more than 1850 boxes of records from Joe Biden’s Senate tenure which he gave to the University of Delaware.”
“Now the University of Delaware presumably does not have them in a SCIF,” he continued. “It does not have them in a secure location. During the 2020 campaign, there was a concerted media effort to try to get access to those documents in particular, there were allegations of sexual harassment raised against Joe Biden, and the media wanted to examine the documents on those allegations of sexual harassment. The University of Delaware has said, ‘Nope, they’re not releasing the documents to anybody until two years after Biden retires from public life.’”
Cruz concluded, “I am right now calling for the Department of Justice, for the FBI to examine all 1850 boxes of those Senate records to see how many additional classified documents are in those records. The answer should be none. But given Biden’s pattern, we should have zero reason to have any confidence that there are not multiple classified documents within those 1850 boxes of Senate records.”
Joe Biden does not deserve the protection of the University of Delaware even if he is the most famous person they could ever hope to associate with.
There’s no doubt there are more classified documents in the Senate records. If there aren’t then perhaps that proves the entire thing has been a setup by the Deep State to dispose of Joe Biden now that he’s losing his “useful idiot” status. His laundry list of corrupt, criminal activity grows daily and the Democrats know if they don’t dump him now he just might sink the entire ship.

I think the FBI should search the home of Ted Cruz, Jordan, Marjorie Taylor, meadows. Miller, Gosar, Ginni Thomas, Barr, and so many more corrupt politicians who ran wild under trump. They are criminals and all their blah blah blah is just to distract from their corruption. Hope they all wind up in jail.
