WATCH: Schumer Makes Desperate Plea To Fox News… Demands Tucker Stop Airing More Jan. 6 Footage

(NRSC News) – As expected, Democrats and their allies are having a complete meltdown over Fox News host Tucker Carlson releasing Jan. 6 video footage to the masses so that the American people can finally know the truth.

Now Americans are faced with believing their own eyes or the words of unhinged political hacks who are desperately trying to stop Carlson from releasing more footage.

It’s only OK to show clips to the public when they do it. When Tucker Carlson does it, it’s “cherry-picking.”

Former Congressman Adam Kinzinger made an appearance on CNN Tuesday in an attempt to discredit Carlson after Carlson’s first segment exposing the real Jan. 6 story using actual surveillance footage on Monday night.

Though Carlson is the most watched news personality in cable TV, the irrelevant Kinzinger called him a “grifter,” a “straw man,” and “disgusting.” Meanwhile, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) blasted Carlson and Fox News from the Senate floor.

The desperation is palpable. You really have to wonder, what’s the harm in the American people seeing surveillance footage from Jan. 6? If it was a violent riot, the video footage will show it. Of course the answer is that the Democrats don’t benefit from the true story of Jan. 6 and they’ll go to great lengths to protect their narrative.

“It’s disgusting,” Kinzinger angrily stated. “The sad thing is you’re going to have people that have only gotten their news on Fox News that are never going to have the opportunity to hear the truth.”

“What Tucker Carlson does — and he’s done this the entire time he’s been as a grifter TV show host because he knows better than this, by the way — he takes a cut scene and creates a straw man,” he falsely declared.

Kinzinger swiped at Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) for running for safety which Carlson contended the new footage shows that wasn’t the case. He also argued that other senators tried to get away from the rioters “because there was violence that day.”

Kinzinger’s lies were pathetic but at least he purported them on the notoriously dishonest news entertainment outlet, CNN. Chuck Schumer, on the other hand, took to the floor of the US Senate to spew one lie after another in a transparent effort to smear Carlson to protect the left’s narrative.

His meltdown was epic. Truly a sight to behold. Unfortunately it’ll probably be effective at convincing many Americans that Carlson is portraying the Jan. 6 events dishonestly.

The video footage shown by Carlson on Monday night paints an entirely different picture of Jan. 6 than the unhinged Democrats have over the last two years. The left has insisted it was a “deadly insurrection” but the footage shows that while a small minority were indeed riotous, the massive crowd was mostly sightseeing.

Schumer was seething on the Senate floor Tuesday, taking shots at House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and demanding Fox News stop Carlson from releasing anymore footage.

“I and so many others who were here” on Jan. 6, 2021, “are just furious with Tucker Carson and Kevin McCarthy today,” Schumer railed.

“To say January 6th was not violent is a lie, a lie pure and simple,” he asserted.

He called Carlson’s first broadcast on the protest, “One of the most shameful hours we have ever seen on cable television” and demanded Carlson be stopped.

The fact that Schumer vehemently insists that the American people should not be allowed to see the footage with their own eyes really says it all.

“And he’s going to come back tonight with another segment. Fox News should tell him not to,” Schumer continued.

“Fox News, Rupert Murdoch, tell Carlson not to run a second segment of lies. You know it’s a lie. You’ve admitted it’s a lie. And speaker [Kevin] McCarthy is every bit as culpable as Mr. Carlson.”

“Speaker McCarthy’s decision to share security footage with Fox looked like a mistake from the very beginning. But after last night it looks like a disaster.”

“Speaker McCarthy has played a treacherous — a treacherous — game by catering to the hard right,” Schumer contended. “He’s enabled the big lie and has further eroded away at our precious democracy.”

“When people don’t believe elections are on the level, that’s the beginning of the end of this bold experiment in democracy that has gone on for more than 200 years.”

Ironic that Schumer would state that it’s Carlson’s fault if people don’t believe US elections are “on the level” when, in fact, it’s the Democrats who have been desperately attempting to institute “election reform” since taking power. Are elections “on the level” or not? It seems they are both depending on the narrative the Dems need in pushing their agenda along.

Schumer’s tantrum wasn’t finished. He further accused Carlson of cherry-picking security footage to tell “bald-faced lies” about the incursion and that he “tried to argue it was nothing more than a peaceful sightseeing tour,” dramatically adding, “Can you imagine?”

President Trump praised Carlson for exposing the truth of that day and called for the release of the Jan. 6 detainees.

“Congratulations to Tucker Carlson on one of the biggest “scoops” as a reporter in U.S. history. The New Surveillance Footage of the January 6th Events sheds an entirely different light on what actually happened. The Unselect Committee was a giant SCAM, and has now unequivocally been stamped as CRIMINAL FABRICATORS OF THIS MOST IMPORTANT DAY. Pelosi & McConnell failed on security. The Police story is sad and difficult to watch. “Trump” and most others are totally innocent, LET THEM GO FREE, NOW!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

He also applauded Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

“Great courage shown by Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy in releasing the surveillance footage to Tucker Carlson so that our Country, and indeed the World, can see what really went on during the January 6th events. A whole new, and completely opposite, picture has now been indelibly painted. The Unselect Committee LIED, and should be prosecuted for their actions. Nancy & Mitch were a disaster on Security. Thank you Kevin and Tucker. FREE AT LAST!!!”

In light of the evidence, Trump also called for justice and the release of the Jan. 6 political prisoners.

“LET THE JANUARY 6 PRISONERS GO. THEY WERE CONVICTED, OR ARE AWAITING TRIAL, BASED ON A GIANT LIE, A RADICAL LEFT CON JOB. THANK YOU TO TUCKER CARLSON AND SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE KEVIN McCARTHY FOR WHAT YOU BOTH HAVE DONE. NEW VIDEO FOOTAGE IS IRREFUTABLE!!!” the former president said.

Who benefits from keeping this footage hidden from the American people? Certainly not us. Democrats have a habit of insisting we believe them and their stories while also doing everything in their power to hide any evidence and stop all efforts to get to the truth.

    Hey Chuck….as much as you and your corrupt POS fellow politicians would love it if America WERE an actual “Democracy”, it’s not. It’s a Constitutional Republic, which is not the same by any stretch of the imagination, and that is why our Founding Fathers chose this form of Governance. A Constitutional Republic will allow its citizens to cast off corrupt government, and frankly, I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a more corrupt government than the one we happen to have now. I honestly cannot wait to see every single one of you arrested, charged and tried for Treason. And I’m hoping against hope that you all receive the traditional punishment for what you have done to try and destroy this country and its citizens.
